Leaving Ceduna we travelled south - but made quite a few stops along the way.
It was a tad cold and windy but nice and toasty warm in Cosmo [the car - which Ms C had taken through the car wash again before we left Ceduna thank goodness as it was VERY dirty inside and out from all our travels and adventures].
We stopped in at Perlubie Beach - which Ms C had heard lots about. Friends of hers had camped right on the back last year BUT no one was there the day we visited - the tide was in and way tooooo cold. It would be a fab place in summer.
We checked into our cabin - really nice and right on the water BUT I was worried.....the water level was HIGH and I had trouble sleeping the first night with all the wind and rain. BUT all Ok, the water went out again during the night and was further away when we got up in the morning.
We spent our days touring around seeing the scenery and again so many fab coastal spots [bays and beaches] BUT all relatively deserted for this time of year. Huge winds and rains slowed us down a tad and gave Ms C time to chill and catch up on our blog - she had been a tad busy [and slack] for the past week and was WAY behind of updating our travels for you all.
We went North on the Caper Bauer scenic loop. We stopped in at Cape Bauer, Hally's Beach and Whistling Rocks.
We had seen this staircase in many pics [including on the bedroom wall where Ms C and I were staying] - then we found the actual stairs.
Then the next day we went South on the Westall scenic loop.
We stopped in at Thunder Rock, Fisherman's Paradise and Point Westall.
